What Work is Taking Place?
To accommodate line painting at the Allen Road and Eglinton Ave W intersection, crews will be working during early morning hours (2:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.) on May 15th, 2019 to minimize impacts to TTC bus operations and reduce the risk of incident to crew members.

Extended Working Hours at Cedarvale Station
What Work is Taking Place?
With shoring activities nearing completion for the station box, deep excavation work is underway to prepare for underpinning TTC’s Line 1 subway box and construction of the new Cedarvale LRT station. Over the course of the year, spoils from the excavation will be extracted and hauled from various sites along Eglinton Avenue from Park Hill Road to Strathearn Road. Lire la suite »
Eglinton Avenue Overnight Work and Weekend Closure between Park Hill Road and Allen Road South
What Work is Taking Place?
To accommodate re-bracing and replacement of decking between Park Hill Road and Allen Road South, Eglinton Avenue will close for a weekend to carry out the works. Paid-duty officers and/or flag persons will be on site to assist in directing traffic.

What Work is Taking Place?
In order to safely access geotechnical monitoring devices and carry out maintenance activities within Eglinton West Station’s bus loop, crews will need to close the bus loop overnight from 2am-5am throughout 2019. The 363 TTC bus route from 2:30am – 5am will be re-routed nightly to accommodate the work (route change depicted on the back of this notice). Lire la suite »

What Work is Taking Place?
To accommodate line painting and the repair of a geotechnical monitor located 6 meters underground in the TTC bus loop at Eglinton West Station, crews will be working during early morning hours (2:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.) for 1 or 2 days starting April 16th, 2019 to minimize impacts to TTC bus operations and reduce the risk of incident to crew members.
Tower Crane Installation at Cedarvale Station
What Work is Taking Place?
To accommodate excavation activities and upcoming station construction for the new Cedarvale LRT Station, crews will be installing a tower crane adjacent the Eglinton West Subway Station. The crane is approximately 15 metres tall, has a jib that extends to 40 m, and a maximum capacity of approximately 20 metric tonnes.

What Work is Taking Place?
To accommodate the painting of new traffic lines at the Allen and Eglinton intersection, crews will be working overnight from 2am-5am to minimize impacts to traffic and reduce the risk of incident to crew members. As the current lines are fading, the work is scheduled to occur as soon as possible provided proper weather conditions.

As early as March 1, 2019 the area around Eglinton West Subway Station (Cedarvale) will see another round of changes to accommodate replacement of the traffic deck on Eglinton Avenue West at Winnett Avenue and continued shoring activities on Eglinton Avenue at Strathearn Road.
