What Work is Taking Place?

As part of the construction of the future Kennedy Station, crews will be removing a tower crane within the construction zone at Kennedy Station, south of Eglinton Avenue East.

 

What to Expect

Tower crane removal will take place on Wednesday, April 7, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and lasting for approximately twelve hours. No traffic, pedestrian, or noise impacts are expected to accompany this work.  

 

HOURS OF WORK

  • Crane removal will take place on April 7, 2021
  • Work will begin as early as 7:00 a.m. and last approximately twelve (12) hours
  • Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
  • The contractor may not always work during the permitted hours but may do so at its discretion
  • This work may take longer or shorter than expected

  • All current traffic restrictions will remain in place
