Concrete Pour at Cedarvale Station - May 15, 2021
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Saturday, May 15, 2021, crews will perform a concrete pour within the work zone south of Eglinton West Station. To ensure the integrity and continuity of the pour, work will begin as early as 5:00 a.m. and take approximately twelve (12) hours to complete. Two concrete pumps will be set up within the work zone. During the pour, concrete trucks will stage in the laydown area east of Allen Road South. Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place.
What to Expect
Expect delays while travelling through the intersection. 4+ concrete trucks are expected per hour. Noise from concrete trucks and pumps can be expected.
HOURS OF WORK
- As early as Saturday May 15, 2021
- The pour will begin as early as 5:00 a.m. and will take approximately 12 hours to complete
- This work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the traffic configuration or pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
