Lane Reduction for Glazing Installations at Cedarvale Station’s Main Entrance as early as May 30, 2022

What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Monday May 30, 2022, traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to a single eastbound lane between Winnett Avenue and Allen Road South to facilitate glazing installations at the Main Entrance site. The lane reduction will remain in place for approximately one (1) week. Once the glazing works are complete, the lane will reopen.

What to Expect

Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while the traffic changes are being implemented. Expect delays while travelling through the intersection.

HOURS OF WORK

• As early as Monday, May 30, 2022 approximately one (1) week
• This work may be delayed or reschedule due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.

TRAFFIC DETAILS

• Eastbound traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to a single lane between Winnett Avenue and Allen Road North.
• The eastbound left turn will remain open for TTC buses turning into Eglinton West Station
• The eastbound left turn lane will remain for vehicles turning onto Allen Road North
• Flanders, Park Hill, Everden, and Strathearn Roads will remain closed
• The northbound left turn from Winnett Avenue to Eglinton Avenue West will remain prohibited

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

• No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work.
