Short-term Lane Reductions for Paving Works at Cedarvale Station as early as June 28, 2022

What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Tuesday, June 28, 2022, traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to a single eastbound lane between Everden Road and Allen Road North to facilitate paving works. This work is expected to begin at 6:00 a.m. and will take approximately four (4) hours to complete. Once the paving works are complete, the lane will reopen.

What to Expect

Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place. Expect delays while travelling through the intersection. 

HOURS OF WORK

• As early as Tuesday, June 28, 2022, starting at 6:00 a.m. for approximately four (4) hours
• This work may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances

TRAFFIC DETAILS

• Eastbound traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to a single lane between Everden Road and Allen Road North
• The eastbound left turn will remain open for TTC buses turning into Eglinton West Station
• The eastbound left turn lane will remain for vehicles turning onto Allen Road North
• Flanders, Park Hill, Everden, and Strathearn Roads will remain closed
• The northbound left turn from Winnett Avenue to Eglinton Avenue West will remain prohibited

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

• No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
