Sewer Connection Works at Cedarvale Station - As early as August 12, 2022

What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Friday, August 12, 2022, crews at Cedarvale Station will begin sewer connection works on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West at Allen Road North. To complete this work safely, the length of the right turn lane from Eglinton Avenue West to Allen Road North will be slightly reduced. This work is expected to take place between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for approximately one (1) month.

What to Expect

Expect delays while travelling through the intersection. Noise from construction equipment including an excavator, hydro-vac truck, and jackhammer can be expected.

HOURS OF WORK

• Starting as early as Friday, August 12, 2022, between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for approximately one (1) month
• This work may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances

TRAFFIC DETAILS

• The length of the right turn lane from Eglinton Avenue West to Allen Road North will be slightly reduced

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

• No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
