As part of the ongoing works on the West Portal & Elevated Guideway, over a two night period crews will be removing cantilevers across Black Creek Drive on May 10 to 12, 2019. Black Creek Drive southbound and northbound will be closed one at a time as follows to safely carry out the work:
Black Creek Drive northbound will close on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 7:30pm until Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 5am.
Black Creek Drive southbound will close on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 7:30pm until Sunday, May 12, 2019 at approximately 5am.
Hours of Work
- Work will occur over two nights.
- Friday, May 10, 2019 at 7:30pm until Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 5am.
- Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 7:30pm until Sunday, May 12, 2019 at approximately 5am.
- Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions of unforeseen circumstances.
What to Expect
- Black Creek Drive northbound will close on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 7:30pm until Saturday, May 11, 2019 at approximately 5am.
- Black Creek Drive southbound will close on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 7:30pm until Sunday, May 12, 2019 at approximately 5am.
- Expect traffic delays in this area.
Pedestrian Impacts
- All currently open sidewalks and crosswalks will be maintained during this work.
