What Work Is Taking Place

CP Railway crews will be working in the rail corridor to relocate the CP Mainline Track to the east of its current position as early as mid-November 2018 for approximately 4-6 weeks. Track construction work involves saw-cutting and drilling rail, as well as surfacing, ballast placement/regulating, and thermite welding.  Portions of the work will require compaction by means of mechanical roller causing vibrations. The relocation of the tracks will allow for continued ECLRT work on the rail corridor connections to GO and UPX.
