June 27, 2017

Since fall 2016, crews have been conducting support of excavation work (shoring) at the future Chaplin Station.

To accommodate shoring at the Tertiary Entrance (former Toronto Fire Hall), the pedestrian pathway on the southeast side of Eglinton Avenue West will be extended further east to Russell Hill Road.

Paving work and tree removal are required to construct the new temporary pathway. Crews will construct the new pathway on Russell Hill Road the week of June 26, 2017.

The new pedestrian pathway will remain in place until Fall 2017.
