UPDATE: Sidewalk Restoration Work at Leaside Station - As early as Tuesday, October 11th, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, crews at Leaside Station will perform sidewalk restoration work on the south side of Eglinton Avenue, west of Bayview Avenue. To facilitate this work safely, pedestrians will be diverted north around the area where the new sidewalk is being built. This work will take place between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for approximately two (2) weeks. Access to businesses will be maintained. Read more »
Traffic Configuration Change at Chaplin Station - As early as September 13, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, September 13, 2022, a new traffic configuration will be implemented at Chaplin Station. West of Chaplin Crescent, traffic on Eglinton Avenue will be shifted to the outer lanes. The southbound right turn from Chaplin Crescent to Eglinton Avenue will be restricted for TTC buses and large trucks. This traffic configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) weeks. Implementation of Eglinton Avenue Streetscape and Cycle Track: Eglinton Ave W between Eastbourne Avenue and Lascelles Boulevard - As early as September 14, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, September 14, 2022, a new traffic configuration will be implemented on Eglinton Avenue West between Eastbourne Avenue and Lascelles Boulevard. Traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will shift to the north side of the road and construction will move to the south. This configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) months. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained on Eglinton Avenue West. Read more »

What Work is Taking Place?
Crews at Avenue Station are currently installing hydro poles on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West. As early as Monday, August 15, 2022, hydro pole installations will begin on the south side of Eglinton Avenue West.
TTC Line 1 Closures for Eglinton Crosstown LRT Construction Work - September 10-September 11th, 2022
What Work Is Taking Place?
TTC’s Line 1 subway will be closed between Lawrence and St. Clair stations from Saturday, September 10 – Sunday, September 11, 2022, to facilitate construction activities for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Work will take place on a 24-hour basis from Saturday, September 10 – Sunday, September 11, 2022 . Berwick Avenue will remain open while this work takes place.
