The Fairbank Neighbourhood
The Fairbank neighbourhood is a reverse L-shape that stretches from Eglinton Avenue West between Chamberlain Avenue and Dufferin Street.
The Fairbank Village Business Improvement Area (BIA) was established in 2007 and it currently has more than 120 members.
Active Truck Staging Lane and Construction Compound
What: Both Tunnel Boring Machines have started tunnelling east of Allen Road to Yonge Street. The southbound Allen Road truck staging lane will be used to hold up to 4 trucks at a time as part of the operations. Additionally, the construction compound on the northbound Allen Road will be used as full time facility for staff and crews. Read more »
Monitoring Equipment Installation along Eglinton Avenue East at Avenue Road
What: Monitoring equipment will continue to be installed at major intersections along Eglinton Avenue East. This equipment will measure important data related to the work of our tunnel boring machines underground. These measurements will allow construction crews to adjust tunnelling activities along Eglinton Avenue East if needed. Read more »
Overnight Restoration Work Wednesday and Thursday 9 pm to 6 am, on Eglinton between Chaplin & Latimer
What: Crews will be completing restoration of the roadway overnight in an effort to minimize traffic impacts. Noise and asphalt smell can be expected as part of this work.
When: August 15 and 16 from 9 p.m. in the evening to 6 a.m. in the morning.
Where: This work will take place on Eglinton Avenue between Chaplin Crescent and Latimer Avenue. Read more »

What: Crews will be completing restoration of the roadway overnight in an effort to minimize traffic impacts. Noise and asphalt smell can be expected as part of this work.
When: August 15 and 16 from 9 p.m. in the evening to 6 a.m. in the morning.
Why: Construction of underground headwalls for the future Bathurst Station is nearing completion. Crews will be restoring the intersection to pre-construction conditions. Read more »

Enbridge Gas Line Relocation - An Update
Dear neighbours,
As you are aware, Enbridge Gas Distribution (Enbridge) has been relocating natural gas pipelines at the site of the future Oakwood Station. These pipelines are integral to Enbridge’s gas system and must be re-routed to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas to customers in the Greater Toronto Area. The work has involved relocating a gas pipeline to Times Road, Livingstone Avenue and Marlee Avenue. Read more »
