What Work is Taking Place?
Chaplin Crescent will remain closed north of Eglinton Avenue West through early December 2022 to facilitate permanent traffic signal installations works at the intersection. Eglinton Avenue West will remain open. Significant traffic changes will remain in effect. Please carefully read the details below
What to Expect
Traffic Lane Shift at Forest Hill Station - November 30, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the northbound traffic lane on Bathurst Street will shift west to accommodate road restoration works. During this work, all turns at Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue will be restricted. This traffic configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) weeks.
What to Expect
Final Paving Works on Allen Road North at Eglinton Avenue West - Monday, November 28, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as, Monday, November 28, 2022, crews will be performing final paving works on Allen Road North at Eglinton Avenue West. To facilitate this work safely, the on-ramp to Allen Road North from Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane. This work is expected to take place on Monday – Wednesday between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for approximately three (3) days.
Sidewalk Restoration Work at Chaplin Station - November 29, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, November 24, 2022, crews at Chaplin Station will construct a new sidewalk on the east side of Chaplin Crescent at Spadina Road. To facilitate this work safely, the sidewalk will be closed, and pedestrians will be rerouted to the west sidewalk on Chaplin Crescent. This work will take place between approximately 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for ten (10) days.
Notice of Water-Shut Off - Monday, November 28, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
On Monday, November 28, 2022, crews will be performing utility works at Cedarvale Station. A water shut-off is required to facilitate the work. The water shut-off will start as early as 9:00 p.m. for approximately eight (8) hours. Water service will be restored upon completion of the work.
