WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?

On Friday, January 17, 2020 crews will remove three sea can containers from the station’s secondary entrance. To facilitate these works, a crane will be erected within the work zone on the south side of Eglinton Avenue West. Work will begin as early as 9:00 a.m. and take approximately five (5) hours to complete. To ensure pedestrian safety, traffic control personnel will be present while the crane is lifting live loads. During these activities, pedestrians may experience intermittent sidewalk interruptions.

  • Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Travelling Smart during Construction

Travel delays are expected with the Crosstown construction. Please allow extra time for your journey. Traffic will be extra heavy at peak periods during the Crosstown construction. When possible, please travel during the off-peak period between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
