What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Monday, December 12, 2022, crews at Chaplin Station will begin to remove construction equipment and materials from the Third Entrance site. To facilitate this work, a mobile crane will be placed within the Chaplin-Russel Hill laneway. Short-term closures of the laneway will be required during the removals. This work is expected to take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for approximately one (1) week.  

What to Expect

Short-term closures of the Chaplin-Russel Hill laneway during the works. Use of a crane. Noise from trucks and material loading can be expected. Property access will be maintained. 

HOURS OF WORK
• As early as Monday, December 12, 2022, between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for approximately one (1) week.
• This work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances. 

TRAFFIC DETAILS
• Periodically, the Chaplin-Russel Hill laneway will be closed for short durations.
• No other traffic changes are expected as a result of this work. 

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
• No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work.
• Temporary pedestrian rerouting through the laneway may be in effect.  

TRANSIT INFORMATION
• Access to TTC will be maintained at all times.
