Line Painting at Avenue Station

 

Crews will refresh the existing line markings on Eglinton Ave W from east of Elmsthorpe Ave to west of Maxwell Ave and on Avenue Rd from north of Burnaby Blvd to Eglinton Ave W.

Hours of work/What to expect.

  • Weather permitting-Work is expected to take place between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm starting April 19, 2017
  • Work will take up to three days to complete.
  • Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Pedestrian and Traffic Impacts

  • Temporary lane closures on Eglinton Ave W from east of Elmthorpe Ave to west of Maxwell Ave.
  • Temporary lane closures on Avenue Rd from north of Burnaby Blvd to Eglinton Ave W.
  • There are no pedestrian impacts associated with these works.

 

Transit Impacts

  • Short duration relocation of bus stops is done in consultation between TTC and Metrolinx to ensure construction can continue safely while minimizing impact on the community and customers. Please watch for posted notices indicating new information.
