Mount Dennis Rail Corridor Work
Monday April 24 to Monday May 22, 2017
What work is taking place?
Crews will be working in the rail corridor for the tunnel work under the GO and Canadian-Pacific (CP) rail corridors in advance of the construction of the Mount Dennis Station.
Track diversion (relocation) of GO Track W2 will be taking place. Track diversion to the west is required in order to install the eastern half of the tunnels, including the pedestrian tunnel connecting Mount Dennis Station.
Hours of Work
This work will occur between midnight Monday April 24 and midnight Monday May 22, 2017. Please note that work could be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
What to expect
Nearby residents and businesses can expect to hear noise related to drilling saw-cutting, and the use of heavy equipment.
