What Work is Taking Place?

Since April 14, crews have carried out weekend closures of Mt. Pleasant Road between Eglinton Ave E and Roehampton Ave to perform hydro utility relocation work. As part of this work, a watermain cut-and-cap will be performed, requiring a temporary water shut-off.

To minimize the impact to affected customers as well as the number of closures required, this work will be performed overnight.  The road closure will be in place the duration of the weekend.  Through traffic on Eglinton Ave E will be maintained.
