Notice of Emergency Overnight Water Shut-Off at Eglinton Avenue and Holly Street - January 25, 2022

What Work Is Taking Place?

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, crews will perform an emergency water shut-off to facilitate urgent watermain repairs at Eglinton Avenue East and Holly Street. The water shut-off is expected to start at 9:00 p.m. for approximately eight (8) hours. Water service will be restored upon completion of the work. Please carefully read the water shut-off details below.

Water Shut-off Details:

• Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 9:00 p.m. for approximately eight (8) hours 
• The following properties are expected to be affected: 
  • 50 - 130 Eglinton Avenue East (even numbers only) 
  • The water shut-off may be longer or shorter than expected and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

What to Expect

Water service will be unavailable while this work takes place. Overnight noise from construction activity can be expected.
