WHAT WORK IS TAKING PLACE?

On Wednesday May 9, crews will be installing a temporary bridge at the southeast corner of Eglinton Avenue ad Bathurst Street.  The bridge will allow traffic to be shifted to the east side of Bathurst Street, travelling over the bridge while support of excavation work continues safely below ground.

Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue will both be reduced to one lane to accommodate surface equipment and site lighting to support the activity.  Additionally, when the bridge crosses over Eglinton Avenue, a full closure of Eglinton Avenue at Bathurst Street is required for approximately three (3) hours.

To minimize the impact to road users, this work will be completed overnight.
