What Work is Taking Place?
From Friday November 5 – Saturday November 6, 2021, Allen Road South will be reduced to a single lane at Eglinton Avenue West while crews perform escalator deliveries and installations at Cedarvale Station’s Main Entrance. This work is expected to begin at 9:00 p.m. on Friday November 5 and continue through to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday November 6. For more details, please review the complete notice.
What to Expect
Periodic overnight noise and lighting can be expected while this work takes place. Crews will endeavor to minimize disruption as much as possible during the works. Expect delays while travelling through the intersection. Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present, while this work takes place.
HOURS OF WORK
- From Friday November 5 at 9:00 p.m. – Saturday November 6 at 5:00 p.m.
- This work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
TRAFFIC DETAILS
- Allen Road South will be reduced to a single lane at Eglinton Avenue West
- The lane will reopen upon completion of the works
PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
