Update: Hydro Pole Installations at Avenue Station - August 15, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
Crews at Avenue Station are currently installing hydro poles on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West. As early as Monday, August 15, 2022, hydro pole installations will begin on the south side of Eglinton Avenue West.
Utility Installations at Cedarvale Station’s Main Entrance - As early as August 15, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Monday, August 15, 2022, crews at Cedarvale Station will perform wet and dry utility installation works south of the Main Entrance site. To facilitate this work, traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to two eastbound lanes between Winnett Avenue and Allen Road South. This work will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.
Lane Reinstatement at Mt Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East (As early as August 2, 2022)
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the laydown area in the center of Eglinton Avenue, between Taunton Road and Rawlinson Avenue, will be reduced. Two eastbound traffic lanes and one westbound traffic lane will be reinstated on Eglinton Avenue, east of Taunton Road. This traffic configuration will remain in place for approximately two (2) weeks.

Notice of Water Shut-off Tuesday, August 2 – Friday, August 5, 2022
What Work Is Taking Place?
From Tuesday, August 2 - Friday, August 5, 2022, crews will perform watermain work at Forest Hill Station. Nightly water shut-offs are required to facilitate the work. The water shut-offs will start at 7:30 p.m. for approximately twelve (12) hours. Water service will be restored each morning and upon completion of the work. Please carefully read the water shut-off details below.

Update: Sidewalk Restoration Works at Eglinton Avenue West and Oakwood Avenue - As early as July 29, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Friday, July 29, 2022, crews will temporarily close the crosswalk on the west side of the Oakwood-Eglinton intersection for approximately 20 minutes to pave the lane. This work is expected to start at 8:00 a.m. The sidewalk on the north side of Eglinton Avenue will remain open while this work takes place.

What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Thursday, July 28, 2022, crews will temporarily close the crosswalk on the west side of the Oakwood-Eglinton intersection for approximately two (2) hours to accommodate ongoing sidewalk restoration works. This work is expected to start at 8:00 a.m. The sidewalk on the north side of Eglinton Avenue will remain open while this work takes place.
