What Work Is Taking Place?
TTC’s Line 1 subway will be closed between Finch and St. Clair stations on Saturday November 14 and Sunday November 15, 2020, while crews perform TTC escalator and platform relocation preparatory works. Construction activities will include delivery of escalator trusses and delivery and installation of reinforcement steel. Work will take place on a 24 hour basis from the evening of Friday November 13 through Sunday November 15, 2020. Berwick Avenue will remain open while this work takes place.
What to Expect
There will be noise from construction activity, including trucks. All work zones at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue will remain in place. Property access will be maintained.

• Construction will take place Friday November 13, 2020 through Sunday November 15, 2020
• Crews will work 24 hours during the subway closure
