What Work is Taking Place?
On July 8, 2020, a concrete pour will be carried out at the Eglinton Station former TTC bus depot site located on the southeast corner of Eglinton Avenue West and Duplex Avenue. The concrete will form part of the station invert slab. Concrete pumps will be setup within the work zone and concrete trucks will travel eastbound on Eglinton Avenue to Duplex Avenue to deliver concrete to the site.
Hours of Work
• Wednesday July 8, 2020 at 4:00 a.m. for approximately eight (8) hours
• This work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances

What to Expect
• Noise from construction activity, including concrete trucks and equipment
• Concrete pumps will be placed within work zones
• Concrete trucks may queue within work zones
• 10+ concrete trucks per hour can be expected
Traffic and Pedestrian Details
• No change to the existing traffic and pedestrian configuration at Yonge St and Eglinton Ave and at Yonge St and Berwick Ave is required for this work
Travelling Smart during Construction
Travel delays are expected with the Crosstown construction. Please allow extra time for your journey. Traffic will be extra heavy at peak periods during the Crosstown construction. When possible, please travel during the off-peak period between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
