Upcoming Works at Eglinton Station: Utilities Relocations – Stage 3
What Work is Taking Place
Work to replace and relocate existing utilities continues to make way for the future Eglinton interchange station. Storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, hydro ducts, and telecommunications utilities are being replaced and relocated in a series of stages. During this third stage, work will take place on the south side of Eglinton Avenue, east and west of Yonge Street. Read more »

- The abandoned TTC Bus Depot (pictured below) is being demolished to make way for the new Eglinton LRT Station’s primary entrance (pictured at bottom) and new developments at Yonge and Eglinton.

Overnight Tunnel Boring Machine Removals Eglinton Avenue Closure: Yonge St. to Dunfield Ave. Nightly, April 4-7 & April 10, 2017
What Work is Taking Place?
Tunnelling is complete, and crews will be removing the south TBM, Humber, over several days in April, 2017 (April 4, 5, 7 and 10). As with Don, Humber will be disassembled and removed in pieces. The pieces will be loaded onto trucks by large cranes and transported offsite. Read more »
