What Work is Taking Place?
On Tuesday October 12 and Wednesday October 13, 2021, crews at Oakwood Station will perform paving works on Eglinton Avenue West. Rolling lane closures will be required to complete this work. Periodically, Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Times Road and just east of Oakwood Avenue. This work is expected to take place between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
What to Expect
Noise from construction activity can be expected. Expect delays while travelling through the intersection.
HOURS OF WORK
- Tuesday October 12 and Wednesday October 13, 2021, between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
TRAFFIC DETAILS
- Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Times Road and just east of Oakwood Avenue
- The lane will reopen after each day of work
PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
